Beef

If you've ever bought a full or half cow then you know just how much meat one cow can produce. Generally a single cow will provide 18 different cuts of meat and roughly 400-500 pounds of usable beef. Rich in protein, beef and other red meats have become a very popular option. With so many different cuts of meat and ways to eat it, it's become a staple on many tables around the world.

Many people have told me that a good steak is their favorite way to eat beef, but I am, and have always been, a burger guy. There's is nothing like a nice juicy cheeseburger! I mix Hamburger Seasoning into my burger meat every time I make them at home to enhance the flavors! If you do prefer a nice grilled steak though, the California Coffee Rub or Montreal Seasoning might be more to your liking. Coat your meat and let it marinade for an hour or more to allow those flavors to soak in! The one thing we can all agree on is that there is nothing quite like smoking your beef for hours and allowing a bark to form, whether it be on ribs, brisket or top round! In that case the Beef Brisket Rub, Sweet Texas BBQ or Spicy Jamaican Jerk should be the direction you go in!
