Carolina Gold BBQ

Carolina Gold BBQ is a smoky, tangy, slightly sweet BBQ seasoning inspired by the iconic barbecue of the Carolinas. Brown sugar, smoked paprika and spices make it an ideal rub for grilling, smoking or roasting meats and vegetables.

Rub generously onto ribs, chicken or pork and let it sit 30 minutes to an hour before cooking. Small-batch, gluten-free and free from artificial additives or preservatives.
